Votre mission

MISSIONS :  

 
- Develop and implement structured training programs covering PDH and PP process operations  
- Deliver training modules on: Process fundamentals and unit operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Start-up and shutdown sequences, Emergency handling and abnormal situations  
- Prepare and update training materials including: Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Operating manuals and troubleshooting guides  
- Conduct competency assessments to identify skill gaps and define training needs 
- Organize and deliver: Classroom training, Simulator training (if applicable), Field demonstrations, On-the-job training (OJT)  
- Train personnel on critical operations such as: Reactor operations and catalyst handling, Flaring, inerting, and utility systems, Process optimization and performance monitoring  
- Ensure training on HSE and process safety practices: Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, Confined space entry, Emergency response procedures  
- Support onboarding and certification of operators, control room technicians, and shift supervisors  
- Integrate operational feedback into training: Incident learnings, Management of Change (MOC), Plant modifications  
- Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs, field observations, and performance tracking 
- Maintain training records, competency matrices, and certification status 
- Support workforce readiness for: Commissioning, Start-up, Turnarounds and major operational transitions  
- Contribute to the development of simulation tools and digital training solutions  
- Stay updated on PDH/PP technologies and best operational practices 
 
CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :


Contract type: Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile 
Working arrangements: 
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas 
Expected final project outcome: 
Deployment of a fully operational training framework ensuring: 
Competent and certified operations workforce  
Safe and efficient plant operations  
Full readiness for commissioning and start-up  
Sustainable operational performance and continuous improvement 

 

Votre profil

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent  
Training certifications (CTP or equivalent) are a plus  
7–10 years of relevant experience  
Experience in oil & gas / petrochemical / industrial operations  
Experience in commissioning/start-up environments is a strong advantage  
Fluent English mandatory  
Turkish is a strong advantage  
Strong ability to work cross-functionally 

Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations training or plant operations  
Strong expertise in: Process operations and unit operations, PDH and PP processes (or similar petrochemical units)  
Solid knowledge of: Process control systems (DCS, PLC), Process safety and industrial standards (PSM, OSHA, API)  
Experience in: Training program design and delivery, Competency assessment and operational readiness  
Familiarity with: Simulation tools and LMS systems  
Experience in: Commissioning, start-up, or operations phases, Large-scale industrial or petrochemical projects 

Strong communication and pedagogical skills  
Ability to translate complex process concepts into practical training  
Strong coordination and stakeholder management  
Ability to work in high-pressure environments (start-up phase)  
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset  
Adaptability and reactivity in dynamic project environments  
Strong safety and operational excellence mindset
