	Votre mission
	The Security Advisor plays a key strategic and operational role in protecting the organization's personnel and assets across high-risk environments, with a special focus on MEA, Africa, and LATAM. This senior advisor will lead crisis preparedness and response, perform audits of our security protocols in  high-risk countries, coordinate crisis cells ensuring all the records are done and support the Executive Committee during critical incidents. Assess and coordinate POB control.
 
	Votre profil
	• Profile: Security / Risk Management
• Minimum level of experience required: 10+ years in corporate, governmental, or international security operations, including dangerous zones.
• Minimum level of education required: Master’s degree or equivalent in International Security, Risk Management, Political Science, or related field.
• Languages: English & French (full professional proficiency) — Portuguese is a plus.
• Preferred profile: Military, law enforcement, or crisis management background.

Annual variable compensation (AVC): 10% of your gross annual base salary, based on collective company objectives (performance/operational) and individual objectives (development).
