SPIE ENERGY DANMARK APS is looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance division in Esbjerg.

Your main duties will be to :

• Develop, in collaboration with the BU Finance Manager and the Country Manager, the Action Plan and the Blue Books (annual budgeting process in the SPIE group) in accordance with the rules defined within SPIE group.
   
• Generate monthly budget control report of the projects and overheads of the country. Ensure the reporting of the key indicators (Portfolio, Activity, Margin, Ebit and Result).
   
• Identify the inventory records (FAE, CAP, amortization, …), enter them in the accounting software and make sure to reverse them if necessary.
   
• Ensure permanent contact with the business for any request for cost accounting details: proof of documents, issuance of other entries if necessary.
   
• Provide Monthly Reporting to Management and France Headquarters including Flash V1, Flash V2, Flash V3, Gap factors, Sensitive contract, MMR, CUFI 2.0, 3 months Cash forecast statement.
   
• Ensure the invoicing of the clients.
   
• Identify and follow up the Sales Accruals, update  the Country Manager in order invoices are issued as soon as possible.
   
• Respect reporting deadlines.
   
• Identify opportunities for resources optimization and propose its implementation.
   
• Apply, control and enforce the good management rules of SPIE group.
   
• Provide all the information requested for internal and external audits and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance.
• Professional experience with ERP, ideally IFS software.
• More than 5 years of experience in similar job role, preferably in Oil and Gas industry.
• Fluency in English.
