Our team, made up of passionate and highly committed professionals, is currently looking to strengthen its skills through the addition of a BU cost controller M/F.
The position is based at our head office in Cergy (95).
Missions:
The BU cost controller oversees all business administration, cash management and credit management processes for the entire Business Unit, ensuring that all SPIE Group management rules, legislation and standards are properly applied.
- Carry out cost control for services and/or projects specific to the BU
- Animate the Credit Management and invoicing processes
- Steer the budget forecasting process by ensuring compliance with the Group's internal and external rules and ensuring the consistency of the budgets and results of each project/service
- Contribute to the monthly and annual decrees
- Carry out reporting and participate in the continuous improvement of the BU management process
- Manage and coach his / her team
- Be involved in the Go / no Go Process
- Answer to requests from the statutory auditors
The candidate will have a cost control, accounting or finance background.
Educative background :
- Business School
- Master's degree in management control, accounting - control and auditing
- Accounting diploma
- Engineering school and postgraduate management course
Following knowledges are expected :
- Finance (Balance sheet, debit, income statement ...).
- Mastery of Excel, BI Tools, Business Management tools.
- Good accounting culture
- Good knowledge of the business and how the company operates.
- Team management skills
