Job description

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Qatar LLC 

Robot Operators

Operate and maintain the robotic system used for the inspection and cleaning of photovoltaic panels in the Solar Power Plant. Perform routine maintenance of the robotic systems as per the instructions in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manual. Control the system operation from scada system from control room. Diagnose equipment faults and follow up with OEM as required and ensure equipment is available for operation. Schedule the cleaning of the solar panels as per OEM standards. Undertake cleaning activities of the solar panels as per instructions of the panel OEM and submit reports upon completion. Maintain records of the cleaning operations and robot system performance. Comply with the established HSE procedures associated with the work

Profile

Candidate shall have Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years working experience in operating robotic or related systems

 You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
