Team Leading
He will be the Deputy of the project Manager.
He organises and plans E&I operations on different site, whether these are carried out by his own teams or by outside teams.
He implements the intervention team planning, perform the quotation to be validated by the Project Manager, assist the Project manager for the monthly invoices.
He should be in continuous contact with the client representing as TOTAL, SONANGOL, FRIEDLANDER, etc…
Main Accountabilities:
Ø Ensures that the E&I operations scheduled on facilities are executed as planned
Ø Anticipates, plans and requests the logistical means necessary for E&I operations, taking the various constraints into account when planning and carrying out operations
Ø Ensures a high level of technical integrity of plant and safety systems
Ø Produces detailed reports on a timely basis and assists with the analysis and makes recommendations.
Ø Ensures the quality of E&I operation.
Ø Perform the final dossier to prepare the invoicing. To be submitted to the project Manager.
Responsible for his teams on site, he particularly:
Ø Ensures the correct behaviour of E&I team in accordance with the general safety regulations
Ø identifies the training needs of his teams and makes training requests as appropriate
Ø He guarantees that the HSE rules and operating procedures in force in the company are respected, as well as the regulations in force in the Contractor’s QA/QC handbook
Ø Participates in different meetings
