MISSIONS: 
Réaliser, organiser et suivre les chantiers de machines tournantes, turbines ou auxiliaires dans le respect en termes de coût, qualité, délai. Il supervise une équipe de chef d'équipe et/ou de monteur mécanicien.
Prendre en charge le matériel 
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider l’inventaire du matériel (quantitatif avec contrôle visuel), les manutentions associées
o       Identifier/s’assurer/valider les pièces et les sous-ensembles et de leur stockage approprié
o       S'assurer/valider que l'ensemble des pièces et sous-ensembles sont disponibles

Démonter et expertiser 
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le démontage et l’identification des pièces et un stockage adéquat des pièces et des sous-ensembles
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le nettoyage approprié des pièces et des sous-ensembles
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique / des jeux fonctionnels
o       Identifier/s’assurer/valider les pièces à réparer ou à remplacer
o       Renseigner le compte rendu d’évaluation et proposer au pilote de l’affaire réparations à effectuer.

Remettre en état et remonter le matériel 
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique des pièces neuves ou réparées
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle des jeux fonctionnels en cours de remontage
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider les opérations d’ajustage / montage / les opérations simples de tuyauterie et chaudronnerie / les travaux par point chaud (soudure, montage par dilatation thermique…)

Opérations de réglage (sur chantier)
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider les opérations de réglage (lignage des internes d’une turbine, alignement machines, pesage de corps,…)

Traçabilité des opérations
o       Remplir/s’assurer/valider les feuilles de contrôle associés aux opérations de maintenance effectuées
o       Participer/rédiger/valider les divers rapports et procès-verbaux (partie constat au minimum) et le faire signer au client
o       Proposer des solutions au pilote d’affaire
o       Renseigner et valider le Plan Qualité Affaire et/ou gamme

Piloter l’activité
o       Valider et signer le PDP
o       Signer le PV d'ouverture de chantier et envoyer au pilote* d'affaire
o       Veiller à l'exécution des travaux attribués par pilote* d’affaire conformément au planning 
o       Informer quotidiennement le pilote* d’affaire de l'avancement du chantier et émettre des rapports journaliers....
Assister lors de la mise en service (sur chantier)
Assurer la gestion et l’animation des ressources (moyens humains, matériel et technique)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 
 The Asset Technical Lead is responsible for the management and co-ordination of onshore preparation
 for his/her asset:
 • Short and medium-term improvement methods.
 • Planning and scheduling of his/her asset.
 • Support of offshore operations.
 • Participate to the definition of long-term maintenance planning (it includes time schedule and 
 resources definition) of his/her asset.
 • Management and co-ordination with the support of the SAS Manager:
 o Cranes and safety equipment preparation team.
 o CBM team.
 o PSV Workshop.
 • Directly liaise with SAS manager and offshore management. 
 • Directly liaise with TEPDK method department.
 HSEQ:
 • Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSEQ
 Requirements and Rules.
 • Ensures that TEPDK and NorSPIE HSEQ Policies and regulations are respected (especially 
 procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard 
 industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his/her
 responsibility.
 • Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures &amp; Guidelines with the assets to ensure Process 
 Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity.
 Participates in the continuous improvement of NorSPIE Integrated Management System:
 • Leads or participates in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following HSE incidents or Quality 
 non-conformities and ensures effective implementation and follow-up of all corrective and 
 preventive actions.
 • Maintains and updates all documents within his/her area of responsibility.
 MAIN FUNCTIONS:
 • Coordinate all the activities related to offshore assistance of his asset.
 • Responsible of the Short-term planning of his asset. 
 • Ensure the preparation is done in due time, in line with priority and site requirement.
 • Ensure all the means are available to guarantee offshore maintenance operations (Logistic, 
 material, human) of his asset.
 • Ensure daily and weekly meetings with respective teams.
 • Ensure that GMC backlog of his/her asset is under control and well managed.
 • Coordinate with other operating entities (TEPDK / FMC / Vendors)

Polyvalent and experienced in maintenance activities, logistics, mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, 
in the oil and gas industry.

HSE
Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSE Requirements and Rules.
Contributes to ensuring that TEPDK and NorSPIE’s QHSE regulations are considered during planning as well as approved 
operating procedures and standard industry practices.
Gives his/her contribution in hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause failure analyses, process incidents 
advising his/her hierarchy about QHSE issue or opportunities and proposing corrective solutions.
Take particular attention to the planning linked to the SECE equipment.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible to plan and schedule (2 weeks, 5 weeks and 4 months look ahead) all activities under GMC activities
in SAP tacking into account readiness (material, resources, support required from other stakeholders)
• Ensure conformance to Client’s Company rules, best standards, and general legislations.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical 
KPIs’, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability.
• Respect all processes and procedure (GMC and TEPDK) in place. 
• Ensuring planned jobs are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in 
CMIMS/SAP for execution at site and work location.
• Ensuring allocation of resources for the execution of planned jobs
• Coordinate meetings with offshore stakeholders for review of draft plan, follow up on site feedbacks and make 
necessary adjustment before plan is frozen for offshore execution.
• Follow up with offshore to ensure clean-up on SAP, of all planned and completed jobs.
• Ensure 2 weeks is following the principal schedule, taking into account Vital equipment list, Smart Room request, 
Team Lead and offshore request.
Scheduling principles (Campaign and SD’s excluded)
• Interacts with other functional planners (maintenance, FMC, Well Services, Projects, etc.) and IOP planner to
optimize interrelated activities.
• Executes regular reviews of backlog of planned work to reduce as much as possible (especially the SECE).
• Facilitate follow-up of non-executed jobs to ensure additional preparation of the WOs is done.
• Coordinate shutdown and campaign: creation and follow-up of readiness tracker (list of WOs, opportunities jobs, 
materials follow-up, and reporting), ensure to give status during regular meeting with all different stakeholders.
Creation of the execution plan (MS Project) and create progress report. 
• Communication with onshore material coordinators (GMC &amp; TEPDK) regarding shipping of materials and create 
break-ins as required.

The competence officer is accountable for:

Adequately skilled.
Technically and operationally competent.
Interface effectively with operations and Support Services Manager to ensure technical readiness of the GMC personnel.

The Competence Officer works in close coordination with:

CSR.
