Support material master creation and BOM improvement by providing accurate technical descriptions, OEM references, manufacturer details, storage requirements, and equipment linkage.
Follow up PRs, POs, technical clarifications, vendor quotations, expediting actions, warehouse availability, and material shortages that may affect mechanical work execution.
Conduct warehouse verification, bagging, tagging, boxing, preservation checks, packing list preparation, and shipment readiness for mechanical materials and tools.
Interface with maintenance, operations, reliability, warehouse, logistics, procurement, HSE, marine, vendors, and offshore supervisors to align mechanical work readiness and execution methodology.
Support offshore execution by resolving technical queries, monitoring progress, assessing changes, capturing lessons learned, and converting accepted findings into new work orders or material requests.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification in mechanical engineering, with proven offshore oil and gas or FPSO maintenance planning experience. MISSIONS :
1. Strategy &amp; Deliverable Development
Primarily responsible for developing, assessing, and optimizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) in accordance with the maintenance strategy in place.

4. Continuous Improvement
Proactively highlight engineering best practices or standards in deliverables as part of team continuous improvement initiatives.
Make proposals for the overall continuous improvement of the team.

Quality Assurance

MISSIONS :

1. SAP Data Management &amp; Population
Collect and validate mechanical asset registers and data templates for SAP implementation.
Populate the CMIMS database with high-fidelity mechanical data, ensuring a strong engineering performance.
Perform the global maintenance plan, including lubrication, running, and on-condition plans, and integrate them into the SAP environment.
Prepare, follow-up and update the entire process for “Notification – Work Order and Reporting”.
Support spare parts responsible for the material creation in CMIMS.

2. Mechanical Methods &amp; Reliability
Develop and implement maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective, condition-based monitoring and oil analysis) to minimize downtime.
Conduct RCA and FMEA studies, Risk-based Maintenance, and Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize asset life.
Perform the Global Maintenance Plan, including lubrication and on-condition monitoring for high-speed rotating equipment and compressors.
Prepare Maintenance Matrix Plan and Maintenance Work Instruction as part of the Global Maintenance Plan.

3. Engineering &amp; Quality Compliance
Produce maintenance deliverables according to project contract and scope of work.
Vigilantly highlight any technical engineering deviations, non-conformance, or unacceptable risks to the O&amp;M Package Maintenance Leader.
Prepare technical reports and statistical data to track maintenance efficiency and database accuracy.
Maintain permanent focus on improving maintenance process, updating drawings and P&amp;ID.

4. Team Collaboration &amp; Safety
Collaborate with maintenance, operation, HSE and other engineering teams to enhance overall productivity.

CONTRACT TERMS &amp; MOBILITY :

Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Complete the comprehensive collection and population of mechanical asset data into the SAP CMIMS by the end of 2026.
Produce a global maintenance plan including lubrication, running, and on-condition procedures based on RCM and FMEA studies by early of 2027.
Ensure the successful execution of database loading and full CMIMS implementation for the 2027–2033 operational phase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
English B2 level mandatory.
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus.
Minimum of 3–7 years in maintenance services, with a proven track record in refining, petrochemicals, or PDH-PP processes.
Advanced proficiency in SAP/CMMS for asset management and data processing.
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a petrochemical environment.
Strong statistical data preparation and technical reporting skills.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure.

-    Seeks assistance from Headquarters CPLO if there are doubts on rules application
-   ln case of severity level 2 lifting (based on TOTAL CR EP HSE 041 "Technological risk management"), the CPLO must be involved in the risk assessment and has to valid the lifting plan.
-   ln case of severity levei1 lifting, the CPLO has to be involved in the lifting project and has to report to Headquarters CPLO.
The last can involve EP/ DEV/TEC for validation if deemed necessary.
-   Detailed written hand-over before holidays.
-     Position is based offshore and onshore (Sonils base), in Angola.
-  Requires frequent transfers (from/to offshore or onshore), often with short notice.
-  Fast growing activity {from 4 to 6 FPSO in 2 years).
