Votre futur environnement Intégré(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous soutiendrez le chef de projet SIRH dans l'implémentation d'un SIRH complet (recrutement, onboarding, formation, C&B, talent, performance, ...) Notre objectif : vous faire monter progressivement en compétence pour que vous puissiez, en fin d'alternance, d'assurer un petit périmètre et de maintenir la qualité de la data au maximum. Vos principales missions: Contribuer aux phases de data migration (automatisation, augmenter la qualité de la data, participer aux arbitrages, reprise de donnée finale) Participer aux déploiement des différents modules SAP ainsi que la réussite du change management.

Formation Bac+4/5 en IT, SIRH ou équivalent Intérêt fort pour la transformation digital RH : Python, SQL & Excel Alternance sur 1 an renouvelable 1 fois.

Main Responsibilities - Collect, organise, and format HSSE data for dashboards and routine reporting. - Assist in preparing PowerPoint slides, charts, and visual materials. - Support communication activities (short videos, internal campaigns, safety moments). - Help maintain files, templates, and documentation. - Perform basic analysis, benchmarking, or research when needed. - Draft summaries or simple briefs based on provided information. - Provide support on preparatory tasks that are not yet shared with the wider team. - attend and eventually contribute to the HSE meeting with HSE Network in SPIE GSE. - Support preparation and follow up of HSE audits and Inspections; - Support the implementation of proactive indicator in GSE; - Support the implementation of a HSE reporting software.

Profile & Education - Engineering student (Bac+4/Bac+5) seeking a 1‑year internship. - Curious, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. - Interest in HSSE topics, industrial safety, energy sector, operations; - Data/visual and oral communication is a plus.
