Purpose ✓ He is responsible for maintenance operations within his field of competence. ✓ He ensures that maintenance operations under his responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with COMPANY’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on site by CONTRACTOR. ✓ He guarantees a good level of availability of the equipment he is responsible for on production sites. ✓ He plays a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training by mentoring on site. Qualifications required: The holder of this position must have the following qualifications: ✓ Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent, ✓ 3 to 5 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations, ✓ A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations ✓ SAP/R3 experience and know-how ✓ Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams, ✓ Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others, ✓ Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site, ✓ Working language: English Bright 3.5 (or equivalent)

Position description :
The Finance Assistant supports the finance team with day‑to‑day accounting activities and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and smooth operational processes. The role also contributes to the ongoing development of financial systems and procedures, including supporting the oversight of the company’s project and manning system, which underpins monthly costings and wider organisational reporting.

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable. Process and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions. Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as required. Assist with payroll processing and employee/subcontractor expense claims. Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding payment queries and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles. Perform general administrative tasks and support other team members as needed. To liaise with managers regarding financial administration
