Position description :
HSE: Ensure HSE policy fulfillment during his activities. Establishes and maintain a strong safety culture in line with TotalEnergies’ HSE requirements and rules. Complies with HSE Legislation (Occupational and process), TotalEnergies’ standards and Procedures under his area of responsibility to ensure employees safety, legislative compliance, and responsible environment attitude. Complies with Operating Procedures and Guidelines with the asset to ensure process safety, operational safety, and plan integrity. Contributes to achieve and improve HSE targets, respecting the existing procedures and advising new specifics ones (If required) Report anomalies, accidents, near misses Operates in conformity with mechanical/electrical codes, standards, regulations, and industry best practices (ASME, API, ANSI, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Check validity of work permit relevant to work scope before handling a task. Checks and verifies that mandatory aspects (including those concerning local law scenario) Participate to safety talk before and after intervention. Participate to key procedure audits And for Electricity in particular: Knowledge of electrical Certification requirements and be certified as required. Be aware of permit to work and electrical isolations requirements. Be aware of gas test requirement. Understand hazards associated to leak tests and hydrotests. THEORICAL KNOWLEDGE Have a basic understanding of facilities/process (from well to export). Be knowledgeable of hydrocarbons behaviour and associated risks (explosion, asphyxia…). Understanding and use of basic laws and units of physic (resistance, inductance, DC & AC current and voltage, frequency, active and reactive power…). Be able to differentiate low and high voltages. Possess notions on cable sizing and voltage dropping. Be able familiar with a general facilities electrical network philosophy Have a basic understanding of inter-tripping and interlocking action, load shedding and load sharing modes. For electrician technicians only, have a basic understating of cathodic protection system. Understand working principle of main electrical equipment For those, be aware of their preventive maintenance requirements. Be aware of CBM (thermography) requirement and purpose. Understand principles and know the different systems of earthing Understand preventive, corrective maintenance and maintenance plan concepts. OPERATION Be able to maintain and troubleshoot small electrical installation like lighting and heat tracing circuit. Be able to identify the different types of cables (including ground ones) connect those properly (using lugs) and perform their proper laying Be able to do preventive maintenance on non-critical equipment LV Electrical equipment: - Be able to dismantle, replace defective parts, reassemble, reconnect, and check the system. - Identify all accessories - Identify correctly for other people risks generated by his activity.

Perfectly competent and independent in his field specially: Must show common sense, organization ability and responsibility. Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others. Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site. Rigorous and methodical in his approach to operation and able to anticipate and analyze situation. Able to complete mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance according to planning and instructions.

Gives his/her contribution in hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause failure analyses, process incidents advising his/her hierarchy about QHSE issue or opportunities and proposing corrective solutions. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for all Cranes subject under the frame of responsibilities. Ensure conformance to TEPDK rules, best standards, and general legislations. Ensure delivery of Work Preparations and support to maintenance activities of the Site team MAIN FUNCTIONS • Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical KPIs’, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability • Take charge of Cranes Work Orders under his/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements during preparations. • Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in CMIMS for execution at site and work location. • Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations and planning. • Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of execution datelines. Typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date. • Ensure compliance to the best preparations standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved Crane WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages, especially those critical to Safety and production. (Defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.). • As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a threshold of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. • On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the GMC Mechanical Preparations – Team Lead for clarifications where required.

Experience in INSTRUMENT/TELECOMMS Systems in the Offshore Environment Professional experience: 5 years in Oil & Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields.
