Supervise and coordinate all contractor activities across mechanical, civil, scaffolding,
I&amp;E, and QA/QC disciplines
• Ensure all construction work is executed in compliance with Chevron’s safety,
environmental, and technical standards
• Oversee daily field operations, including workshops, fabrication yards, and offshore
installations
• Act as the primary point of contact for Chevron Facilities Engineering (FE)
representatives, including Construction, Projects, and Engineering and reports to
Construction Supervisor.
• Lead planning and scheduling of work activities, ensuring alignment with project
timelines and resource availability
• Coordinate with commissioning and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and
system readiness
• Monitor contractor compliance with safety protocols, technical specifications, and
quality standards
• Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations as required
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all field teams
• Maintain accurate records of progress, productivity, and contractor performance
• Provide regular updates to Chevron leadership on field execution status, risks, and
mitigation plans
• Support close-out activities, including lessons learned and documentation handover&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong technical and
construction management skills
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary field teams and contractor interfaces.
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield execution environments, including
offshore operations

• Deep understanding of construction disciplines, project controls, and execution
workflows.
• Skilled in planning, risk management, and decision-making under pressure.
• Effective communicator with internal stakeholders, contractors, and executive

Due to changes in the local Oil &amp; Gas Danish market (more info here), we currently have fantastic opportunities for experienced people to join our maintenance team in Esbjerg :
Mission will take place in 2 main phases:
First phase, 4 months onshore mission to support the mobilisation/preparation phase.
In few words :
Site audit
Initial state of main equipment
Tools and consummables survey and definition
Maintenance plan review
Procedure review and/or issuance
Second phase, from 01/2023 permanent assignment in the onshore team to support maintenance operation as part of the planning team or the preparation team or the method team depending on your profil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
