Position description :
Concevoir et piloter des indicateurs de performance (KPI).  Suivre l’évolution des résultats financiers de l’entreprise et évaluer sa performance.  Proposer et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives si necessaire.  Réaliser le suivi budgétaire et assure les clôtures comptables.  Mettre en place et contrôler les procédures internes.  Proposer des solutions d’optimisation de la rentabilité.  Conseiller l’entreprise en matière de gestion comptable et financière.  Élaborer le reporting vers la maison mère (carnet de commandes, compte de résultat, prévisions glissantes, crédit client, provisions).  Rapporter ses analyses à la Direction de la Filiale et au Siège, en expliquant les écarts constatés.  Participer à l’élaboration et à l’analyse des budgets et re-prévisions annuelles.  Contribuer aux revues d’affaires et aux appels d’offres ponctuels.  Participer à l’amélioration de l’ERP en lien avec la Direction Financière.  Assurer le lien avec les opérationnels pour leur fournir les informations financières nécessaires.  Remettre en place et suivre les procédures de contrôle de gestion local.  Assiste la Direction Financière lors des audits CAC et/ou interne, contrôle des administrations, ...

Formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion ou école de commerce (Bac+3 à Bac+5). Expérience de 2 ans minimum en contrôle de gestion (stages inclus). Connaissance du secteur d’activité de l’entreprise (atout). Anglais professionnel souhaité. Comptabilité générale et analytique. Maîtrise des outils de contrôle de gestion et ERP (ex. IFS). Reporting et analyse financière. Sens de la rigueur et de l’organisation. Esprit de synthèse et d’analyse. Résistance au travail sous pression. Esprit d’initiative et proactivité.

Position description :
MISSIONS : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Create and publish job advertisements based on approved Recruitment Authorization Requests (DAR) using internal recruitment tools and platforms. Source candidates through various channels including databases, job boards, professional social networks, referrals, universities, direct approaches, email campaigns, and headhunting activities. Screen and shortlist applications according to job requirements and recruitment standards. Administer technical assessments and coordinate candidate evaluation processes. Conduct HR prequalification interviews in French and/or English to assess technical competencies, soft skills, motivation, availability, mobility, and salary expectations. Prepare recruitment reports and candidate summaries for HR and operational management review. Stakeholder Management & Reporting : Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and project stakeholders. Participate in recruitment follow-up meetings with BU customers and project teams. Prepare recruitment dashboards, KPIs and weekly reporting for HR management. Ensure recruitment activities are conducted within agreed timelines and service levels. Employer Branding & HR Support : Create and publish recruitment communication content using corporate HR communication materials. Promote employment opportunities through LinkedIn and other professional networks. Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns. Master's degree in Human Resources. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Experience within an international environment; industrial sector experience is a strong advantage. English professional minimum B2. Demonstrated ability to attract and engage high-quality talent. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills. Good knowledge of recruitment regulations and employment-related legislation. Experience using ATS systems, recruitment databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools. Strong reporting and KPI monitoring capabilities. Good understanding of technical and industrial professions. Employer branding and recruitment communication experience. Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong listening and interviewing abilities. Proactive and autonomous mindset. High level of organization and attention to detail. Team-oriented with a customer-service approach. Adaptability to multicultural and international environments.
