Ups Meetings &amp; Sessions.
Analize ECP budget performance and report. Circulate Budget performance status and report.
Prepare ECP monthly cost estimate accuracy and report.
Follow up with technical responsible to close out identified PAR/C&amp;P/SCC issues.
Prepare monthly ECP PAR dashboard and KPI.
Secretary to ECP Project Steering Committee meeting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Engineering background with a minimum of 13 years’ experience in construction of O&amp;G installations.
Good English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

The incumbent is required to:
Ensure compliance to applicable local / international regulations and Company referential:
Make input on Safety Engineering documents for facilities design, operation and abandonment, in conformity with Company, Industry and Statutory requirements.
Provide Safety Engineering support on studies conducted internally and follow up Safety Engineering studies undertaken
by Contractors during Basic/Detailed Engineering as assigned by hierarchy.
Provide support to operated facilities:
Undertake periodic update of facility Safety Concept.
Review and make necessary inputs to all safety-related modifications and corresponding engineering documents to
existing facilities (P&amp;ID, ESD Logic, Fire and Gas Cause and Effects Matrix, Active and Passive fire protection, Fire
and Gas detection, Escape and Evacuation route, Hazardous Area Classification, Safety Layout, Flare Radiation)
Undertake the development, review and update of Operational Safety Case in line with regulatory (NUPRC) requirement
for operated sites in Nigeria.
Risk Assessment:
Lead specific Safety Engineering studies / reviews in support of Request for Modification (RFM) process and Downgraded
Situations (DGS) – HAZOP, HAZID, BowTie Assessment etc.
Support operational entities in Derogation preparation.
Undertake flammable/toxic gas dispersion, fire and explosion consequence modelling using PHAST software, and
interpret result for safe operation of oil and gas facilities.
Undertake Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) assessment process and SIL assignment for Safety Instrumented Systems
within oil and gas facilities.
Major Risk Management:
Facilitate Safety and Environmental Critical Element (SECE) identification workshops and the follow up of Safety
Engineering responsibilities as specified in GS GR HSE 311.
Lead in major risk identification, develop risk reduction measures for managing technological risks, and monitor
implementation in compliance with the group referential (GS GR HSE 312) for technological risk assessment (TRA).
Lead Major Risk awareness training and barrier verification exercises.
Promote Major Risk awareness within COMPANY via development of Process Safety Event articles for dissemination to
operated asset.
Support Major Risk management implementation through development of dashboard for monitoring barrier status.
Provide process safety support to Engineering Construction &amp; Projects (ECP), Operational / Asset Operated by Others (AOBO) entities and partners on risk management issues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
HSE CONTENT

Familiarize self with TUCN emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Risk Assessment: Work with critical contacts to maintain technological and operational risk assessment compliance
studies using approved DGEP guidelines and methodology for all operating sites.
Safety Engineering: Facilitate safety studies and review to assist management of change requests. Perform effective
safety engineering design studies.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
B.Sc degree or equivalent in Chemical, Petroleum or related Engineering (an M.Sc. degree in Safety Engineering or
similar is a plus.
Typically, 10 years of oil and gas industry professional experience of which at least 5 years in an equivalent position as
Safety &amp; Loss Prevention Engineer.
Good knowledge of Loss Prevention standards and procedure and major hazard legislation.
Good knowledge of risk assessment techniques and management (HAZOP, HAZID, HAZAN, QRA) and other reviews.

ACTIVITIES
A. Contracts Strategy &amp; Governance

Drives Duet meetings. Conducts weekly meetings with sectional heads and coordinates Purchase to Payment (P2P) meeting with CPNC, Finance, and technical departments to reduce/eliminate delays in the internal processes before invoicing/payment.
Performs over-sight functions on the activities of eJPC creators and ensures FM&amp;A contractors are paid on time.
Supervises the interface with Internal Control and the Decentralized Purchasing Persons (DPP) to ensure that all POs and SPRs processed are in line with the DOA.
Manages the presentation of monthly reports of FM&amp;A budget performance in liaison with Cost Control team and discusses with Budget Responsible to identify areas to strengthen.
Works with Partners &amp; Authorities Relations (PAR), Finance &amp; Control (F&amp;C) and NUIMS teams to review yearly financial performance. (General Investments and Common Cost for Facilities, Projects and Supply Chain entities).
Contributes to the preparation of Five-year Budget plan for FM&amp;A Division (Pluri-annual budget plan).
Actively supports and works with sectional Heads/Managers in the preparation and monitoring of their budgets.
Develops, formulates, and recommends budget defense strategies to address concerns and facilitate resolutions.

C. Planning, Forecasting &amp; Work Program Control
Develop and control short, medium, and long‑term FM&amp;A work programs
Lead multi‑year contract planning for Estates. Power generation. High‑rise buildings (EKT1, EKT2, KBR), Fleet, travel, catering, technical services etc.
Ensure budget realism and phasing, in coordination with Finance and PAR
Anticipate contract cliffs, asset risks, and resource bottlenecks using forward planning tools
Responsible for negotiating and obtaining from NUIMS yearly, approved Work Programs (WP), for the FM&amp;A division as well as the defense.
Defends yearly financial performance during Sub-Com and Quarterly FM&amp;A Division Meetings with NUIMS.

HSE OBJECTIVES
Coordinate and participate in all quarterly FM&amp;A HSE CODEP Committee meetings and safety/emergency drills.
Ensure inclusion of all company HSE standards/requirements in contracts and follow-up with audits.

Ensure good understanding and adherence to company HSE objectives.

Build TEPNG Project Management System

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
Good HND or University Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
Trained or certified Auditor.
Minimum of 5-8 years post NYSC professional work experience.
Experience in operation and maintenance of commercial buildings, industrial facilities, oil &amp; gas installations, airports, hotels, hospitals, or large infrastructure environments.
Experience managing critical power systems and building infrastructure.
Effective communication skills in English Language demonstrated in oral and written business communications with people and business presentation skillset.
Working knowledge of:
Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise operating system.
HSEQ principles and methodologies of the local or global oil and gas industry would be an advantage.

Provide support and resources for projects

Technical

Participate in risk assessment related to drilling operations. Identify and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful well delivery. Prepare contingency plan with procedure, equipment, and personnel.
Manage operation debriefing with the rig and contractors to capture lessons learnt, areas of improvement and disseminate experience across the team. Update issue tracker with good practice and sources of non-productive time. Follow-up open actions.
Participate in HSE audits, site committee meeting and incident investigations.
Responsible for coaching drilling engineers, interns and DCAS.

Co-ordination
Plan for equipment and services. Ensure that available services and equipment are fit for purpose. Coordinate with contractors and material team for the supply and he preparation of equipment, both at the planning and execution stages. Lead reviews with contractors to ensure operational readiness.
Prepare and conduct invitation to tender for service and equipment contracts in conjunction with Procurement and Contracts entity. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations in coordination with partners and authorities.
Manage assigned drilling service contracts: Organize Bi-annual service quality meetings for contracts assigned (Duet) with a view to improving operational performance, assessing contractor performance and improving overall service delivery. Track invoices and ensure compliance with ongoing contract.
Implement digital solutions to measure, simplify, standardize and enhance engineering workflow.
Lead D&amp;W’s digital transformation within affiliate by collaborating with HQ digital teams

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

Master's degree of engineer or equivalent
Minimum 8 years’ drilling experience required
Compliant with HSE and discipline training standard requirements
Fluent in English

Vos missions : Assurer, sur chantier et/ou en atelier, les opérations de démontage, remise en état et remontage de machines tournantes, turbines ou auxiliaires selon une gamme opératoire ou un Plan Qualité Affaire.
-        Prendre en charge le matériel :
Réaliser l’inventaire du matériel (quantitatif avec contrôle visuel),  les manutentions associées
Identifier des pièces et sous-ensembles et réaliser le stockage approprié
 -        Démonter et expertiser :
Réaliser le démontage et l’identification des pièces et un stockage adéquat des pièces et des sous-ensembles
Réaliser le nettoyage approprié des pièces et des sous-ensembles
Réaliser le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique
Réaliser le contrôle des jeux fonctionnels
Identifier les pièces à réparer ou à remplacer
En atelier, renseigner le compte rendu d’évaluation (proposer à son responsable les réparations à effectuer) 
-        Remettre en état et remonter le matériel :
Réaliser le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique des pièves neuves ou réparées
Réaliser le contrôle des jeux fonctionnels en cours de remontage
Réaliser des opérations d’ajustage
Réaliser des opérations de montage
Réaliser des opérations simples de tuyauterie et chaudronnerie
Réaliser les travaux par point chaud (soudure, montage par dilatation thermique…)
Réaliser des opérations de réglage
 -        Opérations de réglage (sur chantier) :
Assister :l’ingénieur en charge du démarrage
le client dans ses opérations de conduite de démarrage
Surveiller :
Les éléments critiques et ceux qu’il a visités
Les paramètres de fonctionnement et avertir le responsable du démarrage en cas d’anomalie
L’absence de fuites d’huile, de combustible, d’air ou de vapeur
-        Traçabilité des opérations:
Renseigner les feuilles de contrôle
Renseigner les feuilles d’inventaires à réception et expédition
Participer à la rédaction des divers rapports et procès-verbaux
Renseigner le Plan Qualité Affaire et gamme
-        Moyens matériels et poste de travail:
Ranger et nettoyer les outillages fournis
Veiller à l’entretien du matériel
Maintenir le poste de travail propre et rangé
Informer le chef d'équipe/chef de chantier/Responsable atelier de tout outillage manquant ou défectueux
Effectuer une demande de moyens supplémentaires si requis auprès du chef de chantier / chef d’équipe / Responsable atelier
Effectuer le rangement final du chantier / zone de travail atelier et des outillages
 -        Être en appui technique (compagnonnage...) des monteurs mécaniciens, des alternants….
 -        Peut-être amené à encadrer ponctuellement une équipe de monteurs mécaniciens&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Maîtrise technique souhaitée de la maintenance industrielle de machines tournantes
